High Tech Rising is led by President Laura Steffek and is responsible for overseeing the nonprofit organization as a whole. The High Tech Rising team will lead expansion efforts and explore potential cities for chapters, conduct annual audits, govern regional chapters, and maintain the High Tech Rising brand. The regional chapters, HTR-Colorado, HTR-North Texas, HTR-Silicon Valley, and HTR-Southeast Texas fund diverse, effective programs that encourage and prepare young women to excel in STEM.
